Today SMISS team celebrated Maslenitsa. It is an old holiday that has its origins in both pagan and Christian traditions. It is celebrated during the last week before Great Lent.

Maslenitsa is a way to say “good bye” to winter and greet coming spring. Traditionally people eat crepes with different fillings and coverings during the whole week.

Today at SMISS we had plenty of tasty crepes and lots of different jam – cherry, blueberry, raspberry, etc. All crepes and jam were prepared by our team members. So IT profs know not only how to eat well, but how to cook also :)
